Longevity — the missing lever
You measure what you can measure. But what is still running in the background?
Sleep. Bloodwork. HRV. Food, training, supplements. Good — and your body can still be working on something else in the background.
Not the next protocol. The point you are not measuring.

What is really costing you energy? The solution
With LEVERAGE we find where your individual lever is — fast, precise, and test-based. Not through endless analysis. Through the right questions.
How it worksThe missing lever
Not more doing. Better targeting.
The hardware
Bloodwork. Supplements. Training. Sleep. Nutrition. Diagnostics.

What you don't see
Emotional load. Mental patterns. Systemic dynamics. Your individual lever.

The result
A system that has less to carry can regenerate more, adapt better, and give you more of what you actually want — today and later.
Your longevity checkInteractive concept
Check a few inner statements against your conscious goal. Notice your reaction; these are questions to explore, not affirmations.
Beliefs are one possible layer. LEVERAGE searches much further.
01 Permission
Exploratory questions about your subjective response, not claims about disease or lifespan.
Go deeper
To the part of longevity you can't put on a wearable.
Selected work
A closer look at what can lie beneath the obvious question.
These cases are anonymized composites drawn from many years of work. Industries, details and sequences have been altered or combined to protect the people involved. They are not one-to-one case records. The photographs are illustrative.
LONGEVITY · THE MISSING LINK
Perhaps. Perhaps not. Blood markers, nutrition, training, sleep and supplements can offer useful information. The additional question is whether they are the most relevant place to start for your current topic.
You can widen the search. Regulation, mental or emotional patterns, decisions, relationships, your environment and other possible connections can be considered. An additional perspective, not a substitute for clinical assessment.
LEVERAGE deliberately leaves that possibility open. Light, noise, your sleep environment, people, work or places can enter the search as possibilities rather than being ruled out from the start.
It has to make a difference. Define the topic. Test. Narrow down. Make a change. Retest. Then observe what actually changes. If nothing happens, keep exploring.
