Three Keynotes

Three perspectives. One principle.

Each talk stands on its own. Together they follow the same idea: do not answer complexity with more complexity — find the decisive lever.

01 · Signature Keynote

FIND THE LEVERAGE.

Why we work on 100 things — when one of them makes the difference.

  • See complex topics more simply
  • Why more is rarely more
  • The Minesweeper Effect
  • Examples from business and life

02

THE INVISIBLE PART.

The assumptions and patterns that shape our decisions, often unnoticed.

  • What is visible — and what actually works
  • Understand hidden dynamics
  • Health, business, relationships
  • New perspectives for decisions

03

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE IN THE AGE OF AI.

What people can do when they learn again to listen to their own system.

  • Intuition as a precise instrument
  • Decisions with the whole system
  • Human and AI — a new balance
  • More clarity, focus and agency

Not just another talk

A perspective that stays with you.

Speaking is not coaching and not a workshop. On stage I compress complex connections into one point that stays — and changes how a room sees the problem.

For more than 15 years I have worked with entrepreneurs, executives, decision-makers and thousands of people worldwide. Format and emphasis can be adapted to audience and context — without watering down the idea.

SPEAKING

For event organisers.

What kinds of events are a good fit?

Corporate events, conferences, leadership programmes, offsites and selected public events. Topics, examples and depth are adapted to the audience and context.

How long is a keynote?

Typically 30 to 60 minutes. Shorter talks and more in-depth executive sessions are also possible. The format depends on your event and purpose.

Are talks tailored to the event?

Yes. Each keynote keeps its central idea, while examples, focus and depth are adapted to your event, audience and context.

German or English?

Both. Keynotes, shorter talks, executive sessions and interviews are available in German and English.

Can the format be interactive?

Yes. Depending on the setting, a keynote can become an interactive talk or executive session, with questions, experiments and direct work on topics from the audience.

How do I enquire?

Send the occasion, date, location, audience and preferred format. We then discuss which topic and approach make sense for your event.

Enquiry

Let’s talk about
what is possible.

Not an application for coaching. A direct enquiry for a keynote, a short talk or a conversation.
